Local and Federal Oversight

The HIDTA Program in general is designed to be neutral and collaborative. The Executive Board is required to have an equal number of Federal and State or Local members. Each agency’s representative to the Executive Board is the head of the participating agency or a duly appointed representative who has the authority to commit the agency’s resources and make decisions on behalf of his or her agency. The PRVI HIDTA’s Executive Board is comprised of the following Partners:
