The goal of the Puerto Rico – US Virgin Islands HIDTA is to attain tangible success in enhancing the public safety and welfare of our communities by disrupting and dismantling organizations involved in drug trafficking and money laundering, while offering logistical, intelligence, and operational support to our law enforcement partners within the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
